That’s right….our house is now lit up for the holiday seasoning!! Outdoor lights are up, dining room and living room transformations are all complete, tree is done….and I’m exhausted lol!!
I always say “I love to decorate for Christmas” but it occurred to me that that is not a completely accurate statement! I absolutely love to have my house decorated for Christmas but the actual “decorating” isn’t quite as much fun lol!! Once it’s all done, my heart is so happy, I love to just sit in the two rooms and soak it all in while watching all the cheesy Christmas movies or listening to every possible Christmas Carol over and over!!
One of my favourite Christmas collections I own is something I use every single day, more than once usually lol, my coffee mugs!! I add new finds every year, and also subtract some too! Kind of subconsciously, I began to focus my mugs on one theme…let’s see if you can tell what it is 😁….
If you guessed Pugs, you’d be correct lol!! In the back row are some random ones that I love for different reasons so they’ll stay in regular rotation, for now at least lol!
Did you also notice my super cute tablecloth in the picture? I almost forgot I had bought the Black Coffee/Cappuccino/Latte fabric specifically for this purpose so I boogied down to my sewing room and whipped up the quickest, easiest tablecloth so I could put the finishing touches on my Christmas coffee bar! I was so please with how it turned out, there was only one way to celebrate it….with a super yummy Vanilla Bean coffee topped with real whipped cream that I whipped myself and my go-to, Epicure’s Cocoa Crunch!
I’m so proud of all my decorations, I would love to share some of them with you!!

Well I’m off to snuggle in with my puppies and stare at my tree, all the while listening and singing along to Christmas carols that will be playing softly in the background!! Yes, we could include the hubby but he’s watching hockey so we’ll leave him be lol!! My tootsies will be nice and warm since I just bought myself these cute slipper/socks that, I think you’ll agree, are perfect for me 😁….
